It’s 81 days since I thought a class to the public. Never more than now can we shy away from how significant is in the role of and health. I am relieved and both nervous for 6.30pm this evening 👌🚴🏻‍♀️

NRG fitness in Dubai Marina is open and safe for use - under strict guidelines - with the best coaches and the biggest welcome for you - new or returning to exercise - what ever your goal, mental, physical or just to switch off and survive this time we are going through. - one pedal stroke at a time 🙏
