As a coach it is important for you to make your client love the process rather than implementing things on him. I've been approcahed either for Fatloss, Muscle gain, strength, knee pain, lower back pain or rehab process. The best part is always when you're ongoing clients have trust in you and they always refer to people who are serious about Fat loss.
uae has never done training in his life. He wanted to have Fat loss but was not sure whether he would continue training as he never loved it. We started weight training and slowly he started enjoying the process. His committment towards his workout is amazing. He has been consistent throughout his workout and that has helped him to achieve results. has always been a great support for pushing Abishek to start workout in his life.
He has lost 8 kg of Fat since he started in the month of September. He started his journey at a Fat percentage of 36 and today he is at a Fat percentage of 29 perecentage. His bone density has increased with a rise in total inbody water. His strength has increased drastically. I still remember he was not able to lift weights properly and today he Deadlifts 110 kgs with correct technique.
It's still a long journey to go.
