L'Atelier Aquafitness L’Atelier Aquafitness is a high-end aquafitness boutique bringing to Dubai a new and amazing fitness concept known in Europe as Aquabiking.

It is a mix of water aerobics and indoor spinning on specially designed bikes for the water activity which are immersed in our 1m27 indoor pool. It is a 45min dynamic class performed in music by our qualified coaches working both upper and lower body. Benefits of this workout: refining your legs, sculpting your buttocks and abdominal muscles, strengthening your arms as water resistance makes your

muscles work harder. You can get a slimming effect: burning calories much faster - up to 500 calories per 45min. You can get a blood and lymphatic drainage massage which will reduce dramatically cellulite and accelerates the elimination of the toxins. Finally water buoyancy enables you to exercise with support to your joints and less risk of injury to your ligaments, muscles and tendons. We would like you to come and check it out and benefit from our NEW COMERS' Promotion (Buy one class, Get one free). You can also unwind and relax after your class with our selection of DETOX teas from a famous French Tea House. Please feel free to bring along a friend, a family member or a colleague and share with her this experience. The classes are for 10 people max and for Ladies only for the time being. All you need to bring is your swimsuit, everything else will be provided by L'Atelier. We are sure you will love it. It is a very good workout and you don't need to wet your hair. The location is on Al Wasl Road just after Spinneys supermarket signal (intersection of Umm Al Sheif and Wasl Road). We are organising classes every day from 7am to 9pm. Please let us know when you can make it and if you are bringing friends with you; as we would need to book you to organise the class.
