2. Nutrition: Fuel your body with whole, nutritious foods to support your fitness goals and overall well-being. Prioritize protien.
3. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and aid in digestion and circulation.
4. Stress Management: Find ways to manage stress, such as meditation or yoga, to keep your mind and body in balance.
