The National No1 has sponsored Papua New Guinean boxer John Ume following his BX-9 Interim Welterweight Championship victory over Hamzy Perwaisy by seventh-round technical knockout in Auckland, New Zealand, earlier this month.
The company said in a statement this week that the sponsorship reflects the brand's commitment to supporting local talent and celebrating Papua New Guinean excellence.
Ume has built a reputation as one of Papua New Guinea's rising sporting stars through determination, discipline and strong performances in the ring.
Through the new partnership, National No1 said they will support Ume as he continues his professional boxing career and represents Papua New Guinea on the international stage.
