Corporate yoga
I am grateful to the Olam company who had given me the opportunity for 4 days online corporate yoga sessions. Each session was included with joint mobility which was very very important if we are into the corporate world or if are someone who is working whole day while sitting in one place. We started with the joint mobility and slowly entered into the flow after a great warm up exercises. So if you are the one who has no time to stretch than you can start your every Sunday with me with a group of online yoga session.

Happy international yoga day
For me doing only physical asanas is not enough u til unless I don’t work overall. If I am better than yesterday than yes I am improving and I will continue to work hard to improve in life no matter how hard life will become. Life gives you challenges but don’t get scared accept it and start working on it.

Than from sentences we can write a paragraph.

And finally if we know the paragraph than we can write whole story.
Same way yoga is also like that as time passes by my love towards yoga grows and I feel like there is so much more to learn.
When I am on my mat I go completely into different world where there is lot of peace , better balancing of myself being and while doing my practice I met these beautiful yoginis and would love to share the expression of love which is in the form of yoga.

Are you holding a any tension in your hip joints and muscles?

There are many days when we don’t realize why we are tensed? Why we are reacting in a negative way?
Why sometimes things get uncomfortable and uncontrollable?

I got many of the answers through my regular yoga practice. And I am blessed that i came out from that unwanted things. Sometimes holding negative emotions for very longer time can turn into a disease and things get more complicated.
