Based on social media and Ai, will you ever ask a doctor how to proceed or conduct a procedure on self or any of your dear ones,? Sure the answer is No! Similarly in sports training too, though not as critical as Life procedure, but yet, the word trust mantra has to be followed and allow the coaches to do their job, or else simply kindly don't send kids for training, The interference arising from half baked Social media, or AI prompted ideas how to do coaching, has done more damage then much good. Its nice to have some knowledge but don't use it to, challenge a hands on job experience trainers. Having said this, if some of u still feel Social media and AI is ur best bet/akka and will assist in making/building your child grow better, provide faster solutions for their development and Progress, go ahead.
