Hello there,

It has been a while, thank you for your recent inquiries regarding my Autumn schedule – due to personal projects, there won't be any classes now - sessions will resume in January 2020. Please feel free to message me anytime though.

I always love this time of the year, with schools starting and getting back into routine after the long (crazy) Summer break, it’s almost like pressing a reset button. I hope you are settling back into routine – resetting and enjoying life.

I look forward to working out with you again. Until then, keep working on those postures and smile!

Good Morning, I have 3 spaces in my Sunday morning sessions at 0830. It is a mixed level session with a fab group of women, Pilates is a great way to start your day and to begin your week, today we mixed it up with some Zenga too. Please PM me if you would like to join. Classes are 80 AED per session. Please share if you know anyone who would benefit (who would’nt).
