We all had a common goal - to be strong, kick ass lean machines everyday and in the gym. Everyday we create a positive uplifting environment with our

In the last 2 months I’ve had the honor to work with these two beautiful souls. A couple that decided to take care of their fitness and wellness after a 10 years break.
The progress they are making is phenomenal. And every week it’s getting between and better!
Major shifts including
β€’ creating a regular movement practice
β€’ improved awareness and knowledge of nutrition
β€’ improved hormone levels
β€’ heavily reduced smoking
β€’ better stress and sleep management
β€’ learning how to manage electronics+ bedtime for a better quality sleep
β€’ how to communicate to friends and family about their new habits and the list continues to grow!

When I asked both of them what has been your biggest accomplishment for 2019 they both agreed that learning to prioritize their health was it πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ’«πŸ’›
I’m so so very proud of you guys, love you both dearly and love being able to do this with you! Let’s keep having fun and learning!
