We all have different goals, genetics, and priorities.
I choose to stay lean, keep visible abs, and feel strong in my own body. That also means my glutes won’t look as big — and that’s okay.

My hamstrings are naturally dominant, and that makes glute growth more challenging for me. But strength doesn’t always show up as size.

Your journey won’t look like anyone else’s.
Genetics, training focus, goals, and lifestyle all play a role.

So here’s your reminder:
Train for YOU.
Choose what makes you feel confident.
Honor your body, your structure, your preferences.

Big or small — strength is strength.
Progress is progress.
And confidence is a choice. 💪✨
