At 18, I had one goal!

change the world by changing one person at a time. 🌍

I started small, coaching friends after school to train harder and perform better on the field. That’s when I fell in love with athlete development.

Then Covid hit. We lost our gym… but not the dream. I coached out of my garage, and from that tiny space, athletes went on to compete at national and world levels. 🏆

By 2024, I felt my spark fading. I didn’t want to stop doing what I loved helping people become the best versions of themselves, so I chased a new challenge.

Joining NZ Muscle as a store manager, Learning more about sport supplementation to further help people achieve their goals.

I went on to become Head of Retail Operations & Gym Manager where I now look after 6 stores, 1 Gym and multiple staff.
