Our neighbours and our #1 recovery partner.

Movement on one side, recovery on the other, and a room full of our favourite people in between! Members moved with us in the morning, and some went home with prizes. Others headed straight to CONTRAST SAUNA & ICE STUDIO after class for a session of their own, which is honestly the best way to end a Pilates morning 🧘🏼‍♀️

We teach all apparatus, all ages, all levels - but what we’re really proud of is the community that’s grown around it. People from different backgrounds, different stages of life and every corner of the UAE, coming together through movement, making friends and finding their place.

There’s no Pilates princess persona here, no mould to fit and no expectation of who you should be. Just come as you are.

That sense of belonging starts with our in-house team. It’s something we’ve built into the culture from day one and something we care deeply about protecting as we grow.

Sabria is one of our seasoned reformer regulars and was ready for her next step, so she booked a 1-1 on the Cadillac. Here’s a peek inside the session, including a few inversions that took her well beyond the reformer.
