Walkahead Badminton Academy is headed by Aaron Vedhasinghe who is a former Trinity College badminton player along with his other coaches who have been national players Warren Almeida and Waidiya Myuresh,He is also supported by Kirk Vedhasinghe and Melwyn Fernandes who take care of the physical fitness for the children. Parents Badminton is highly promoted and the remains that the younger generation is kept fit and healthy for a better life.

Our Dear Friend Chris Walker left us today after battling a health Challenge.

Hi Chris I know you can hear us thou you are far away our chats and memories will never disappear.

Its so Sad for all of us to see a good friend who supported sports and joined hands to promote sports in keeping the younger generation healthy leave us.

We will miss you Chris for all your support, enthusiasm, motivation and always willing to take any risk with trust and cheerfulness. All our amazing memories will always keep our flag flying high.

More than anything Chris was a wonderful human & a very helpful gentleman with no compromise at all.

We lost a Legend and his legacy will always be Cherished. We miss you Chris.

Our prayers are with Louella & Jason during this difficult time & May God give them Courage & Strength to be strong along with all his lovedones.

May his Soul rest in peace 🙏
