Dega Gym is back with another fun station for our preschool gymnastics circuit. 🤸‍♀️
This activity helps little gymnasts explore the feeling of being upside down, build upper body strength, and start developing the foundation for handstands in a safe and playful way.

Through simple stations like this, children improve coordination, confidence, and body awareness while having fun.
