After having children chances are you dont have time to exercise - when now is the time you most want to lose weight. It's much more fun pushing your buggy in a group and there will be some simple exercises that follow the fast paced walk. You will also get the chance to socaili

se with other yummy mummy's. class times: 8.30am - 9.30am

When: Sun, Tues and Thurs

where: Start at family and friends (www.dubaifamilyandfriends.com) fast paced walk to shams 2 plaza level followed by exercises on the grassed area then fast paced walk back to family and friends. cost: 10 dhs per class (family and friends offering discounted stay and play at the play room after the class with tea and coffee for 35 dhs)

Hi mum's & bub's!

Dubai Buggy's & Babes and Breathe Believe Pilates is teaming up this Thursday to provide you with a fun and dynamic walk & workout to get you moving and grooving and feeling fantastic.

We start at Family & Friends and walk to Shams 2 Plaza level fol...lowed by a series of Pilates and Intensati exercises. Then we head back to Family & Friends ready for the rest of our day.

Price: 10 AED

Family and Friends is also offering a discounted STAY AND PLAY at the play room after the class with tea and coffee for ONLY 20 AED.
