Is this the kind of nonsense so called health and fitnessagazine is promoting? Instead of emphasis on promoting all kinds of fitness activities, trying to get more ppl to make positive changes in their life, you MORONS are lowering the bar to the floor! Walking is bare minimum so if you're a bare minimum kind of person go right ahead just walk and tell yourself you're "working out and being healthy"! Moronic world we live in

Got pi**ed at me cause at the end of the workout he couldn't lift the 5kg dumbells even. Like is somehow my fault 🤣🤣
