Dubai Amateur Football League The largest amateur football league in the middle east sees over 80 nationalities participate in this year round league from social to serious competitors.

From a couple of teams trying to kick a ball around in the sand around 30 years ago, the Dubai Amateur Football League has developed! We now play on some of the best football pitches in the Emirate, an 11 a side league with varying standards through its 5 current divisions, which include 4 regular divisions and a Vets over 35s division. We also play small sided football at various points in the year - with the Summer 7s taking place in the hot months of June, July & August. The Dubai Amateur Football League is proud to be the largest football league in the UAE and endeavours to do it's best to forward the game in the Middle East, as well as providing players of differing levels the ability to play on a regular basis. Encompassing over 1000 players, the league is a truly multi-cultural one - players of over 80 nationalities take part on a regular basis. Overseas & Professional players please note: this is an AMATEUR league, that is only open to RESIDENTS of the UAE.

Without our referees there is no football. We couldn’t do it without ALL of them and each season we honour one of their ranks with the DAFL Referee of The Season award which they accept on behalf of themselves and all of their colleagues. Make no mistake this is not an easy job and to do it with a smile on your face is the hardest part.

Congratulations to Kiran who as well as being one of our longest serving and hardest working refs is always good humoured and level headed. One of our finest.
