I was looking through our photos and videos from India, and my body remembers everything before my mind finds the words.

The early mornings in Amritsar. Barefoot steps around the Golden Temple. The sound of Shabad moving over the water. People serving, bowing, praying, sitting in silence.. Life itself becomes prayer.

This year you will experience Dharamsala. Mountains. Monasteries. Tibetan presence. A completely different breath. The kind of silence that makes you hear your own thoughts more clearly.

For me, India always brings truth about yourself.

Where I still hold too much and try to control. Most probably to repeat the same reaction. Where I need to trust life more.

This is karmic work in a very deep way. You see the pattern, and once you see it clearly, it cannot rule you in the same way.

For the third year, we are going to India with Jugat Guru and a group. Every year more people feel called to come with us, and it makes us very happy, because we know how powerful this experience can be when it is held with practice, guidance, prayer and the right group energy.

This year we go to Amritsar and Dharamsala.

Due to the current travel situation, Jugat Guru is unable to travel from the United States, as flights are currently cancelled.

For this reason, his program will now take place online.

However, we will still gather as a community at Eka Mai Holistic Yoga Studio, where the classes will be live-streamed on a large screen, so we can practice together in the group field, which always carries a special strength.

There are moments when the world feels unstable and whatever is fragile within us becomes very heavy. In such times the state of our inner centers shapes everything — how we think, how we feel, how we decide.

Yogi Bhajan described the chakras as stages of consciousness. When they lose balance, fear replaces stability, the heart closes, the voice weakens, the navel loses strength, and intuition becomes unclear. Life begins to feel reactive instead of aligned.

Balancing the chakras through Kundalini Yoga strengthens the glandular system, regulates the nervous system, and restores the inner axis that allows you to remain steady under pressure.

When the world trembles, the human nervous system trembles with it.

Over the past days, as news from the Middle East has intensified, something else has intensified too — the collective anxiety.

Yesterday an unexpected number of people came to the studio and café, not only for practice or tea, but for reassurance.

They asked what to do. They asked if it would become worse, if it would end soon.

You could feel it in the air. The field itself felt restless. This is how collective consciousness works. Fear spreads quickly. The mind starts projecting scenarios. Decisions become reactive.

And in such moments, what we truly need is not more information — but inner steadiness.

Yoga does not promise to control the world. It teaches us how to regulate ourselves within it.
Through breath, through movement, through strengthening the navel point and balancing the endocrine system, we learn how not to collapse under pressure. We learn how to stay clear when emotions are high. How to listen to intuition instead of panic. They are trained capacities.

In unstable times, inner stability becomes a responsibility.

Do not deprive yourself of the tools that help you remain centered, dignified, and conscious when everything around feels uncertain.

❗️Come practice. Strengthen your system. Build your inner ground.

We sincerely hope that Jugat Guru will be able to fly on the 5th, that the skies will remain open, and that we will gather together to deepen this work — to learn how to stand steady in moments that test us.
