You’re counting calories.

You’re hitting 10k steps.

You’re sleeping 7 hours.

You’re training 3 times a week.

So why aren’t you losing weight?

Because doing the right things doesn’t always mean you’re doing them right.

You might be tracking 2,000 calories, but forgetting the oils, sauces, drinks and small bites throughout the day.

You might be hitting 10k steps, but moving far less during the rest of your day.

You might be training 3 times a week, but without enough intensity or progression.

You might be sleeping 7 hours, but your sleep quality and routine are all over the place.

And sometimes, what you think is a calorie deficit simply isn’t a calorie deficit.

I know how frustrating that feels. I spent years thinking I was doing enough before losing 60kg myself.

Weight loss isn’t about doing more and more.

It’s about finding what’s holding you back, fixing it, and building a routine you can actually maintain.

I didn’t calculate my calories, but I was on a keto diet. Definitely not necessary to lose weight but for some it works (short term).

Musji was rescued from the extremely hot streets of Dubai by the owner of an animal shelter and stayed there until we met her just a little more than 2 months later. Now she’s with us and so far living her best life. No pet deserves to live on the streets, especially not with the heat here in Dubai. Now she will be with us for good. ❤️
