Every dream/goal counts and I guarantee to you that when you get there all the pan, struggle, hassle… 😅 the feeling of failure🥺… all will be worth it! 🤩The sensation that you feel when you conquer something hard overcome any other feeling that you went through during the process… 🥰it’s FREAKING AWESOMEEEE😜

Put your efforts to reach the beauty that YOU want, now what the others think. 🥰

I was always worried when someone would tell me that I was too skinny, or too muscular, or even the jokes that I’ve heard my whole life for being short… it ate me alive every day because I wasn’t as the world told me that I should be to be called beautiful… and our minds keep on focusing on those negative opinions instead of paying attention on the compliments that we receive as well.🤦🏼‍♀️

But then I have learned to admire my own beauty the way I am and transform my body to the body that I want to have… 🙅‍♀️ and accept what I can change and what I can’t… then is when I started to love myself more and more and feel more peaceful and whole. 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
Disregarding which phase of my life I am going through… a more fit or not so fit 😜

People that succeed are the ones that know failure from experience… 😅 the only difference is that we learn we our failures and go back and try again, until we finally succeed. 💪🤩

The important part is to not let the frustration and fear be of judgment talk louder and make you give up… 🥺
Deal with these feelings and take your time, then try again, and again, and again… I am sure that you will reach your goals one day.

And only those who passed through the pain and frustration of failing so many times, not giving up and one day… get to achieve your goal that know the amazing feeling of it… and it’s f****ing amazing that vc you get addicted and never want to give again in your whole life!

And that’s why I tell my clients to during the trainings or in anything that they want to achieve in life!

Because when you reach a goal after failing so much, you understand how resilient you are… how capable to get anything you want in this life!

Protein is a super important macro that is quite overlooked. 👀

And as per my personal experience, it’s one of the macros that are most difficult to achieve the total daily intake. 🥘 🍱 🍲

✔️ And the lack of it can really slow down your results.

✔️ Also to find the good quality ones which won’t make you burst the other two ( carbs and fats) because many foods that contain protein, sometimes have more carbs and fats in it.

✔️So my advice is to learn about the food you eat and you will be able to know the right quantity of each you should eat.

If you are not sure about how to learn, look for a nutrition coach and he/she will be guide you through your journey. 😉

This was one of my top itens of my BUCKET LIST!
Something that I really wanted but never really had the opportunity to do it, or actually, never really made an effort to pursue this dream that was to do sky diving.
This week out of nowhere I told one of my personal training g clients that I was going to Dubai, and suddenly she was coming with me. Then I just threw the idea of sky diving and she accepted straight away… then in my mind I was “wholly sh*t”. And we started checking online how to book.
My hands where shaking and in no time, we were booked!

I was so scared and excited at the same@time, hands sweating 😅, but I didn’t hesitate… then two days later, we did it!

This is the first one and I am@sure that it’s not the last! 🤩😍

We live only once 🥰 and every day counts!

The people from are freaking amazing. They made it look so easy and relax besides providing a great and safe service!

A super thanks for my instructor and the great camera@man . They were amazing and made me feel confident and part of crew!

OMG look what I found on my memories on Facebook! I used to be part of this amazing family that is lululemon! 🥰😍🤩

I had the honour to be an Ambassador for two years in Malaysia first with my lovelies ❤️ .t.bean which a miss so much! 💓

Then I got the amazing surprise 😍 to be asked again in Shenzhen, China with my beloved and Yasmine and the Guanzhou family that I almost joined! 💞 .wutzke

My lululemon family in Qatar which I keep in touch u til today!
These people made me see my real value when I thought I have none! They literally brought me back from the dead when I couldn’t see my worth and I am forever grateful to all of them , and have them dear in my heart!

I hope someday lululemon can come to Oman! I miss it so much!
