On this page I will be posting advises on how to get the healthy lifestyle that you always wished for! I have Degree in Physical Education with a vast experience in the Wellness and Fitness Industry. Fitness Instructor, Group Fitness (GX) since 2001, Fitness Department Manager since 2005. Personal Trainer,
Dancer and choreographer for over 15 years. Capoeira since 1996 (Professor Level). Certified in six Les Mills Programs since 2002 and Freestyle Classes. Creator of Fitness Programs. Lived in Asia for 15 years.
7 years experience as a Fitness Studio owner in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia. Now, living in Oman since 2019 as a Fitness Studio Project Manger (coming soon). REPs Licensed Fitness Instructor. NASM Certified Personal Trainer
