You can boost your self-confidence by giving yourself a chance to celebrate tiny actions' done like taking the trash out after cleaning dishes, standing instead of sitting in public transport, or reading 1 page of a book.
Commit yourself to small tiny actions and once fulfilled celebrate yourself. You will start feeling better about yourself and gaining more speed with things done. Then when you become more confident achieving things, increase the size until you can challenge yourself to big projects.
Self-confidence is built every day. Everyday you either increase your trust in yourself or decrease it. Make sure to involve yourself with what you can achieve only.
