About ✨🔥

Stella Diamond completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2009 and has been teaching full-time for more than 17 years. She is also certified to teach the Intermediate Yoga Sports sequence and Bikram’s Advanced Series, a challenging practice of 84 classic asanas.

A competitive yoga athlete, Stella participated in Yoga Asana Championships and won the Arizona State Championship in 2014. She is also a certified judge with USA Yoga and the International Yoga Sports Federation (IYSF), bringing an expert understanding of alignment, technique, presentation, and competitive standards to her teaching and coaching.

Over the course of her career, Stella has taught internationally in Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, Moscow, Bali, and here in Dubai, where she is currently based.
