💥Phase 1 Recap: We Finally Broke a 4 year Curse in almost 8 weeks regardless of body recomp as I just wanted to see the scale below 110kgs.
Set a target to drop 6kg+ in 8 weeks and nailed it because the body accommodates what your nutrition looks like.
⏳Phase 2: 12 weeks starting today and exploring a new program incorporating hypertrophy and athleticism in a way to increase training days and shortening sessions due to work load.
