3 corporate politics women face in their company and how they can solve them

☑1. Microaggressions: Women may experience subtle but harmful microaggressions, such as sexist comments, stereotypes, or being interrupted in meetings.
𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: ✅𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲: Politely but firmly respond to microaggressions when they occur.

3 Corporate Politics which Women faces in their company and how they can solve it.

✅1. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐬: Stereotypes about women's leadership capabilities can lead to subtle or overt bias in decision-making. These biases can affect promotion opportunities and project assignments.
🍀𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Challenge these biases by showcasing your skills and competencies. Prove that your gender doesn't define your abilities. Seek mentorship and allies who appreciate your potential and can advocate on your behalf.

✅2. 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
