Have you ever been/listened to one of those motivating talks that leave you all fired up and you think “I’m going to use this to change for the better!”?
We have been there in one way or another.
We left all motivated and on fire to do whatever new thing they had talked about, an adrenaline rush!!!
YET
Few days ... Few mths ... down the road, the adrenaline rush has dissipated long time ago, and the talks belong to the past, a memory [or not] of mere “Motivational talks"!
The problem with most motivational talks is that the motivation comes from an external source: when motivational speakers leave, they take our motivation with them.
There is a simple brain hack that we can do to keep us motivated.
WHAT IS IT?
If we use self-talk to motivate ourself, then we will always have our motivational speaker within us!
We will always have someone that believes in us because that someone will be us.
Telling ourself that we ARE good enough, we ARE strong enough, we ARE smart enough.
Believe in yourself! This is the cornerstone for believing in yourself!
If you don’t believe in yourself, no one will believe in you!
