PHILOSOPHY

In this modern, dismantled and over specialized world of health & fitness, we are nomads. We belong nowhere & yet we can fit anywhere.

MISSION

Strong Nomads exists to educate and liberate people to achieve whole body unity and connectivity through focused, progressive and sustainable physical practice. Life in the desert is dependent on our ability to adapt & coexist peacefully with others. Strong nomads are a tribe of independent voyagers who train alone but appreciate good company on the way when the opportunity arises. By the

nature of nomadic life, we only carry what we need and we leave behind nothing from which we carry. We are self-motivated & self-committed. We do not seek medals and trophies of external recognition, life itself and our living in it as free people, uncontrolled by the mechanical division of this “civilized world” is the only reward we need. We regard strength as the master physical quality which all other physical qualities are built upon. We experience strength as a skill that anyone can learn provided they are committed to the process. Kettlebells are our main strength tool of choice due to its practicality and massive transferability to everyday life. Steel clubs, barbells and body weight resistance training also contribute to our development. We are passionate students of strength and are eager to share what works for us with anyone who is genuinely interested in learning. We are educated. We are liberated. We are Strong Nomads.
