Who can relate to Parle G 🤪
I found Parle G in kathmandu while I was buying some snacks for a quick hike in one of the training grounds for athletes in Nepal. I had few hours before my departure and my friend organised this beautiful hike for me. I finally managed to try 🤪 I must say it was one of the most beautiful hike with a beautiful sunset ♥️

So I got this picture on a rainy day. First time when I went to Christ the Reedeemer I didn’t get a single good picture because of a lot of crowd. But this time I was lucky, it was just me and few other people, felt like the whole place was reserved for us 🤪

My Post workout meal 💪

So I purchased Yak cheese from Nepal. I love exotic food, love to try new and healthy things. I paid 660 NPR for a big block of cheese Comparing the health benefits I wish I had purchased more 🤪

Yak cheese made from milk of yaks grazing on grasses in Nepal's highlands. In addition to its flavor, yak cheese contains higher levels of healthy fats when compared to cow's cheese. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linolecic acid (CLA), a type of healthy fat known for its health benefits.

The yak cheese was three times higher in omega-3 fatty acids than the cheddar cheese. Omega-3 fatty acids have been studied for various health benefits, including heart health.

People in Himalayas chew yak cheese as substitute for vegetables because it is an excellent source of protein.

I was told by my Sherpa upon checking with Nepal mountain Association that I am the first Indian in male/female category to summit Meera peak 6479m this season. All thanks to my Sherpa for motivating me throughout the expedition

Today I started my expedition to Meera Peak 6476m
The runway behind me is the worlds most shortest and dangerous runway
There were less trekkers as I remember 5 years back when I came to Nepal, there was no place to stand inside the checkin area but today half the counters were closed.
My first stop is Chutanga 3020m. It’s raining, windy and cold🤪 It’s not at all crowded, I’m the only one on this route starting today. It’s really bad for the local people to as some of the tea houses are shut for this season. Tomorrow is a long day, will be climbing uphill for most part of the hike duration 8-10 hours.

I love trail running specially internationally with cold weather but just because if pandemic it’s next to impossible 🤪
Living in Dubai means I have to drive atleast an hour to other Emirates to live my dream 🤗
Today I went to very famous wadi showka dam fir a quick trail run 🥰 looking forward to do some more before this month ends
