My last Monday with the Springs Two Crew was a little bit crazy and a whole lot of fun!

We *almost* got a picture with everyone in, but then “King of the Boat” rules took over… you know how it goes.

Extremely grateful to be part of so many amazing families in Dubai, and absolutely amazed every single day by these kids. They are so clever and strong and silly and interesting and adaptable and hilarious and curious….

No big deal or anything… he only got up to SEVENTEEN ITEMS while he “found his float” and kept his balance!!!

Our distance swim challenge continues on this week, and this guy just swam a whopping 1400 meters, moving him to the first place spot in our challenge!!!

I listed a bunch of superheroes.... is Batman the strongest person you know?? Wonder Woman?! No, it’s your Mom, right?

This week we had a
DISTANCE SWIM CHALLENGE and the first swimmer to participate was this guy right here☝️
Y has been improving his endurance and was ready to push himself for thirty minutes to see how far he could swim.

He was exhausted when he was finished, but achieved a personal best with 900 meters of non-stop swimming!!!
🤩🤩
You’ve inspired some other swimmers to join in the challenge and I’m so proud of all your hard work. 🎉

Welcome to class everyone! This is how you do a standing dive! Make sure you don't slip. Put one leg on the edge. Just like me! 👍🏼 👍🏼
Find your balance. Put your arms up. And then dive! So, did you see that? Everything that you don't know, try to tell your teachers. And have fun!

Happy Mother’s Day to all my mammas out there! THANK YOU for everything that you do, every single day, for your tiny humans (including bringing them back and forth to the pool every week 😆)

Our spotlight today is on this mamma right here ☝️
has been waking up a few hours earlier through the weekday to get in some laps before work and school drop off. She has been training hard, with these goals in mind:

🌟relieve back pain
💫improve her stroke technique
⚡️beat the neighbourhood kids at swimming *I MEAN* increase her speed

I am happy to report that this week she has reached a PERSONAL BEST and swam the length of the pool in record time!!

I don’t mean to brag but... I have the best job in the whole world!!

Grabbing sinkers from the bottom is a tricky skill for babies who are new to the water. Parents shouldn’t try this one at home until their babies are confident under water.

This little dude has been practicing for weeks, and these days, he’s happiest under water!
🤩🥰🤩

Our baby classes focus on safety skills through play, such as grabbing and climbing the pool wall, pushing off the bottom, back floats, and self rescue with a noodle or float.

If the words “I DID IT!” had a face, this would be it!
⭐️ meet L ⭐️
She has overcome all of her fears in the water, and we are so proud of all her hard work this term!! 🎉 🎉
L began swimming lessons with a lot of hesitation to put her head underwater due to her ear plugs. They were uncomfortable to wear, and she was always worried they would leak when she was around the pool, leading to painful ear infections.
🌊
Recently, she was given the go ahead to swim without them from her doctor, and since then, her confidence has sky rocketed!
💞
Every lesson, she is so excited to try new challenges and swim in the deep end. Here are some of her most recent achievements:
⭐️ collect sinkers off the bottom
⭐️ float on her back for 10 seconds
⭐️ swim like ALL of the sea creatures
⭐️ jump into deep water, stay calm, swim to safety
⭐️ sit on the bottom and blow bubbles
⭐️ glide underwater through hoops
⭐️ perform a sitting and kneeling dive
