Six months ago, she barely recognized herself.

Simple tasks left her tired. She avoided mirrors, skipped photos, and kept telling herself she would start “next Monday.” One day, she decided enough was enough.

She didn’t follow a magic diet or spend hours in the gym. She started with short daily walks, healthier meals, more water, and small workouts she could do at home. Some days were hard. Some weeks the scale barely moved. But she refused to quit.
