My TOP 3 gym hacks to target more glute focus in them exercises you see everywhere 🍑🔥

1️⃣ Standing Kickback Machine

On the kickback machine, place a barbell pad in front of your heel and drive back (instead of stepping down) allowing full lengthening into squeezed focus on one side

2️⃣ Abduction Machine

Add a block or pad between your knees, It increases tension at the peak and forces your glutes to work harder through the full range 🔥 even add a rest pause set to really fire up!

3️⃣ Front Foot Elevated Bulgarian Split Squats

Raise your front foot on a plate. Sit back into the bench leg keeping SLOW control and drive up with your knee over your toes. More stretch, more glute bias please 🤌🏼
