Over the years as a trainer, Iâve seen many common misconceptions among the general public. I can confidently speak for many professionals in my field when I say these misunderstandings often create unnecessary barriers between clients and their goals. Our role is to educate and guide clients, helping them move past these beliefs so they can spot marketing myths, set realistic goals, and ultimately train smarter and more effectively for progress that actually lasts.
