Pregnant and keeping strong 🙌🏻😊 !!!
39w 6d…1 day to go and guess what I still keep going 😁.
Of course my own workouts are mostly on the cardio side at this moment reduced to long walks mostly and till 2 weeks ago killing it on stepmaster…lifting weights awaits for post delivery and recovery time as I didn’t feel comfortable anymore at some point due to the pressure the growing belly creates on my back and it changes the centre of balance,but I didn’t decided just to call it quits and stop being active nor stop torturing my clients. I was always determined to keep active and be with my clients until the last day of my pregnancy and I am proud and pleased to say I could do that😊. Ofc all my clients were handed their homework workouts some time ago just in case our little one decides to honor us by his presence earlier 😄…
What I would love to achieve with this post is just simply to inspire others, if you are feeling good and don’t have health complications do not make pregnancy a complication on keeping fit… Routines and workouts same as diets might need to be adjusted to your pregnancy as each of us different, but also thanks to keeping fit the recovery and very likely the pregnancy itself will be smoother❤️. Everyone at their own pace ofc, but if you can, keep fit, keep active…it’s for u and for the little precious human being you are growing inside you❤️.
