challenged to completely master the body and physical skills are drawn to this sport. We are starting our classes for girls aged 4, following by unique training program. To more effectively teaching we are focusing on formation foundation of physical abilities, developing a good posture and a good sense of rhythm, coordination. Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility and range of motion, which is crucial for your overall health, prevent future back pain by strengthening your back muscles and reducing your risk for muscle strain. Being able to move a joint through its full range of motion gives you more freedom of movement. Your muscles will develop and lengthen, as a result you be able to notice that your body getting in shape. Calm your mind, reduce the tension while you stretch, focus on mindfulness and meditation exercises. Stretching can help simplify pregnant period and will make easy childbirth. A regular stretching routine can also help improve your performance in an athletic event or exercise.
