BELIEVE in your dreams, they do come true.
I've observed from my personal experience, things we dream about and believe in wholeheartedly, especially early in our childhood, they materialise.
🌞🏝One of my childhood dreams was to live in a place where it's always sunny, warm and futuristic. Voila! 17 years in Dubai and I still count my blessings.
👩🏻🎓🇺🇸It was my teenage dream to study in American University abroad. It seemed like a far fetched goal when I was living back in Uzbekistan. But I've put in tremendous effort, overcame many hardships and made it happen with help of God.
🏆💸I always dreamt to be an accomplished, successful and independent woman. After 12 years of hard work and perseverance, I've become a Marketing Director for the world's iconic brands.
🧭 However, my biggest dream was to follow my true passion and live a life of fulfillment. So I've quit my corporate job and started over from scratch. I've completed dozens of international trainings, qualifications & certifications to become a professional Speaker and Fulfillment Coach.
❤Another important dream for me was to be fulfilled in my personal life, marry someone like minded, but a bit of Rhett Butler and from a good hearted family who I can love like my own. It took me many years to find him but I'm glad I did although we're like Tom & Jerry on steroids.
👭Last example and the reason I remembered some of my childhood dreams is this photo of me and my bff who I went to school with. We've always dreamt to live nearby even when we grow up. Life brought me to Dubai and her to Europe, but after many years we've reunited and recently became neighbours again. Catching up just like we used to do and cheering up each other for 22 years.
It might seem like a cliché list of dreams. And perhaps it is. But my point here is whatever you dream, believe in wholeheartedly and work towards it with purpose, passion & pesereverence, it will manifest/materialise.
As we grow older we tend to become more pragmatic and cynical because of realities of life, we limit our dreams. Reminding you to DREAM big and dream like a child - genuinely, optimistically, with all your heart, mind body and soul ✨.
