On the 6th of September 6:30 PM that how we celebrate returning into our home in the desert! We created a ritual with Crimson Chambers Yoga Studio that let’s you arrive back fully, to land actually and this time back into your body at ImmerSEE.

The ritual is designed to be a space of gentle reset, where we can prepare for the coming of a busy winter season with a well deserved break.

It’s kind of chick not to have the pressure of posting when life if posting enough to do on your list 🙃

But I wanted to share this, as someone who is preaching on setting the boundaries right and taking care of your nervous system. I went through feeling guilty, before I noticed it’s just human.

It’s a reminder to stop beating yourself up if you didn’t show up somewhere the way you wanted to, but shown up everywhere else with your 150%!

I see you and I totally hear you, it’s fine to juggle and skip a beat ❤️

So here’s what’s going on:

I miss the gatherings and having more regular classes, but I truly enjoy being fully caught up with life this summer!

While it would be great, to be here more and show off every moment, to me the priority is taking in the quietness of the summer and focusing on building foundations.

What kept me “so busy”? Just enjoying some post wedding vibes… and studying, of course! My unquenchable thirst for more when being at the finish line of the one year course with Dr. Gabor Maté and learning the frameworks of the Compassionate Inquiry.

It’s a lot of submissions, and while working hard on this last month’s requirements, We’re moving houses 😃 so excited! But it comes with all the side effects….

And if that wasn’t enough here’s the secret there’s more studying 🙈 I am starting my Masters in Psychology this September bringing additional depth to how we can work together.

In any case, I really miss being close my community I started to build long years back, but the commute and distance took a toll on me that all of the active members could feel the past 2 years and I’ changing that!

In the meantime navigating a complex family constellations from a far and making sure my classes run smooth while chasing insurance claims and other outstanding payments.

So bear with me I got this and it’s just a check in not make you feel sorry for me ☺️

I am here for you, but a little less on display for the minute as I have to choose my priorities wisely.

Wishing you a great rest of the summer and can’t wait to see you soon back in Dubai.

Do you have a passion that goes back longer than you can remember? The kind that in some shape or form has been with you all your life?

To me that’s cacao - well in my early years chocolate! It always fascinated me, so much so that as teen my ultimate dream job was to open a chocolate shop 🙃

But having cacao daily from Guatemala? Oh that teen would have said… “yea… of course in your wildest dreams…”

I don’t often talk about it, but cacao is not only a sacred drink I that I have daily or center my ceremonies around (and gave meaning to my life I never thought a drink could give).

It’s something I blend into my days in so many different ways!

As part of meals, as a dessert - my god the recipes that you can create are simply infinite, and so much fun! And lately I had the time to go back into the kitchen and do what I adore and enjoy experimenting… and sharing the results of it! 🙃

With cacao, that I’ve loved with all my heart ever since I was a child.

I loved tasting and feeling the texture of cacao and chocolate from all over the world, and while unlocking the ability to work with cacao the way I do now took some time, but looking back, I’ve always known there was just something special about it…

Here is the truth: You never know what a deep passion can add to your life until you honor it.

You never know what your passion can add to your life! So when you feel that something moves you, that you have that unexplainable connection to hold it as the most precious gift!

When you feel that unexplainable connection to something, hold it as the most precious gift. Don’t write it off as “just a hobby” or something you don’t have time for anymore. It might just be the very thing meant to create a reality where you get to lose yourself in what you love.

In the world of high-performance, your nervous system is either your greatest ally or your biggest bottleneck.

Here’s your biological system override and why it works:

We often hear that everything is energy / vibration. But from a physics perspective, not all vibrations are equal.

You cannot lead a team, a family, or an empire from a state of physiological panic.

Yesterday’s alerts were a reminder: Your external world is unpredictable, but your internal state can remain your sanctuary. ✨🧬

When the alerts go off your body initiates a full-scale biochemical cascade. Cortisol spikes, your prefrontal cortex (the seat of logic) goes offline, and your nervous system locks into survival mode. That’s why you feel stressed.

Most people stay in that loop for days afterward. They “push through,” but their decision-making is compromised and their energy is leaking.
