THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EATING WITH NO NUTRITION ACCOUNTABILITY 😬😬😬
We’ve all been guilty of it somewhere a long the line 😳
‘Yeah I’m eating well, getting good protein in and I feel like I’m working hard enough in the gym to keep things in check’ 🥱
‘I’m being so good with my food.. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong’
ALL the PT’s out there, how many times you heard that one 🤣
Boy, was this a slap into reality for me, especially as I always considered myself being very disciplined 🥴🥴
I’ll put things in perspective, picture of the left:
🥴- Living at parents house
🥴- Not much control of foods cooked/portion control (like anyone.. mums a feeder🤣)
🥴- Helping myself to a few more treats than usual
🥴- No idea of calories being consumed
🥴- Drinking more than I would usually
🥴- Lack of accountability
Picture on the right:
😁- Weighing and Tracking ❗️EVERYTHING❗️
😁- Full control over foods being bought and cooked
😁- Snacking included, but kept within moderation
😁- Alcohol consumption IN, but kept within moderation
😁- Full control of calories and accountability held to then highest level
Nutrition is 70-80% of your OUTCOMES! 🤯
Just coming down the gym 2-5 days a week isn’t going to the enough if you want to make a physical change!
Where you’re trying to grow muscle and size or drop body fat!! Your nutrition has to be tailored to what your specific goal is! 🎯
If you find yourself in a bit of a plateau, or you’re not getting the results you want. 9 times out 10 the problem will be down to your nutrition!!
