Low Flow pole is a unique class that seamlessly integrates contemporary dance, flow acrobatics, gymnastics and floorwork using the lower portion of the pole.
You'll learn how to spiral around the pole whilst working with pole threads and shoulder rolls. Our low flow class is open to all levels and abilities.

We invite you to experience this unforgettable class where creativity, movement, and self-expression meet to create a truly immersive and empowering atmosphere. For your comfort, we recommend donning baggy trousers or leggings, along with knee pads and socks!

2. She started ballet when she was 2 years old 🩰
3. She’s half South African 🇿🇦 Half German 🇩🇪
4. She’s an Aries ♈️
5. She loves any water-sports and has a Padi scuba diving license 🤿
6. She’s never broken any bones 🦴
7. She’s been performing professionally from the age of 17 in live show productions and in the film industry all around the world🌎
8. She can’t whistle to save her life
9. Two of her favorite film projects was being a backup dancer for Miley Cyrus in Black Mirror 💃🏼 and stunt doubling Tania Raymonde in Deep Blue sea to battle ferocious sharks 🦈 🌊
10. She’s originally a trained dancer and only started her aerial journey in 2018 and currently works for La Perle by Dragone as an aerialist.

3️⃣ She was the first person to bring pole to Iran and encouraged ladies to create a community.
4️⃣ She loves to improvise and belives its the greatest way to find meaning in your dancing style.
5️⃣ Her biggest passion is to teach and share it with others.
6️⃣ She loves nature and Her Lifetime goal is to live by the mountains ⛰
7️⃣ Musif plays a big role in her life and her creativity.
8️⃣ Shes a free spirited saggitarius that cannot stop moving. ♐️
9️⃣ She brought her first pole home after her second class and began to teach within a few years.
