LEARNING NOT TO GIVE UP 💜

In gymnastics, progress rarely happens overnight.

A new skill may take weeks or months. A movement may not work the first time — or the tenth. And sometimes reaching a goal means repeating the same thing again and again.

This is where gymnasts learn something that stays with them far beyond the training hall.

To keep going when something is difficult.
To work consistently.
To be disciplined.
To set a goal and take small steps towards it.
To try again after a mistake.
To understand that progress takes time.

Gymnastics teaches children that achievements are built through regular effort, patience and persistence.

And every time a gymnast finally masters something she once thought was impossible, she learns an important lesson:

I can do hard things. I just need to keep going. 💜

If your child cries during stretching, something is wrong with the method — not with her.

Flexibility in rhythmic gymnastics is built the way strength is: gradually, with load matched to age, warm muscles, and rest between. A body forced into a shape it isn’t ready for doesn’t become flexible. It becomes injured.

Our coaches work to a plan for each group — posture, mobility, functional strength, injury prevention. Slower in September. Further by December.

Send this to a parent who thinks stretching is supposed to hurt. 💬🤍 Gymnastics in Dubai & Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪

“Do the coaches speak English?”

Yes — absolutely! All GYMNASTIKA coaches speak English. 💜

But when we choose a coach for our team, language is only the beginning.

We carefully select every specialist based on their qualifications, experience and knowledge of gymnastics — but also on their ability to connect with children.

Our coaches know how to explain, support, motivate and help every gymnast feel confident in training.

Because a great coach is someone your child can understand, trust and grow with.

Meet the GYMNASTIKA coaching team. 💜

«She’s never done gymnastics. Isn’t it too late?»

Short answer: no 😌 Here’s the long one 👇🏻

We start every new girl the same way — with the basics. Posture. How to hold the body. How to land. How to work with one apparatus before touching the next. Beginners groups exist precisely because nobody arrives knowing this.

What matters isn’t when she starts. It’s that she starts in a group at her level, with a coach who teaches in the right order.

We have Beginners groups from 3 years old at all six of our locations — The Agenda, Raffles and Ambassador in Dubai, Al Shohub, Yas and Mamoura in Abu Dhabi.

Message us her age and your area — we’ll tell you which group and which floor. Gymnastics in Dubai & Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪
