What began as a platform to nurture beginners has now become a pathway that shapes young talent into confident cricketers, with many proudly progressing towards representing the UAE team.
It is truly a delight and privilege to witness this evolution, celebrate their achievements, and share the success of every player who has trusted the journey, embraced the process, and worn the Zenith colours with pride.

RTU is for players aged 13 and above who want to make a career in the sport.
Pursuing a career in cricket can be both challenging and rewarding.
Cricket is not just about form and technique. It also requires the perfect balance of power, agility, strength, and mental work.
RTU focuses on vigorous fitness training,field setting,batting and bowling techniques.
Time is allotted to each aspect making it a full proof program for the players.
Twice a week we have Centre Wicket practice which gives the players a real match scenario.Players get to improve their running between wickets,field setting,wicket keeping skills etc

“Road to UAE” is 4 days a week and 4 hours each day.As the name of the program suggests one needs to have the commitment and hunger to polish their skill set and thrive to be the best.
