To our Dear 1BEAT clients, Family & Friends,

After 5 amazing years with you, we have faced the very difficult decision to have to temporarily shut operations at our One Central location come September 2024.

We are looking for a new location, but in the meantime of finding the right space and fitting it out, we will have to pause our 1 BEAT classes, and we will keep you posted as things develop.

Whether you’re new here, have been with us from the start, and everyone in between: we cannot thank you all enough for showing up, sharing your energy, and helping us create the most unique HIIT, music, and light experience in Dubai, [& arguably in the world].

We hope to launch some pop-up experiences during our downtime, so stay tuned for those, but before then, come finish off Summer 2024 with us!

Tomorrow and Sunday, October 28th & 29th we R1DE CL1MB L1FT for Palestine and our heroes in Gaza. All proceeds from classes will go to Tarahum - For Gaza, in partnership with Emirates Red Crescent. Come sweat for a cause with us as we raise awareness and donations, and drop off your donations at our donation drive for vital supplies (swipe for the item lists you can donate). We’ll be collecting donations between now until November 17th. We can’t wait to see you 🕊️🤍♥️🍉🇵🇸
