Dear Sculpt Fitness members,

We are writing to let you know that our company, Sculpt Women Fitness Center, will permanently close on Jun 8th 2019.

Please note that:
• Customers who have recently signed up will receive a full membership refund;
• Customers who have a 1 or a 2 months membership balance will be eligible for a refund of the balance of their remaining membership and
• Customers who have completed their 3 months membership bought as part of our “3 months plus 3 months free” offer, will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that you can reach us from today until closure date to claim the refund. The last day of collecting the refunds will be on the 9th of June between 1 to 6 PM.
