☀️🌡A hot day like today calls for a cooling bowl of banana ice-cream. 🍌🍦A healthy recipe that can become your favorite snack for this summer:
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup chocolate protein
- 1 tsp cacao
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp dates paste
- 2-3 tbsp yogurt
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze it a few hours. You can enjoy it with some melted dark chocolate and some chopped almonds. Believe me this is the best recipe! I tried these weeks many options but this one is amazing! 🍦 Check the video on my instagram .fit !
