Sōke demonstrating variations of “Hibari”. A technique where you drop vertically down like a bird landing, such as visualizing someone had cut your legs off 😥. It is a nice Fu no Kata flavor to receive the attack with.

A few mistakes that led to this:
1. Hands down totally.
2. Bending his back to dodge (poor structure).
3. Instead of moving 45 degrees back against the first punch to unfold the attacker and his combinations, he dodged the first and got demolished on the second.
