The mission of B&B Total Fitness is to help motivate and empower others to maximize their full potential by teaching them to believe in themselves and that nothing is impossible without hardwork and dedication. No greater injury should be suffered by any man or woman than to have them believe that because of their social standing that they would be advanced through life regardless of merit or eff

ort. B&B Total Fitness looks to target the entire being through strength training, proper nutrition and positive verbal reinforcement. We plan to achieve this with the use of resistance bands, free weights, cables, speed ladders, cones, complex carbs (white and brown pastas, brown rice, sweet potatoes, flax, quinoa, and oatmeal) and clean proteins (legumes, lean beef, chicken, fish, eggs, whey and yogurt.)

B&B Total Fitness was visted by star Fb/DE Saif Salem..Saif is a star American Football player for the EAFL's Varsity division along with being a member of the Elite UAE Falcons U-19 All star American football team. We would like to congratulate Saif on accepting a Div. 2 scholarship to play Football in the U.S. ..Needless to say we worked hard during our first session.

Total Fitness can be defined as being sound not only in regimented exercise but through great nutritional choices as well. Eating correctly is so very important. Teaching a habit only benefits them. Part of what we do here at B&B is supply a post workout meal to our phenomenal clients.

Sunday 5-8p.m upper body strength and conditioning
(Mangrove villiage )

Monday 5-8p.m speed School
(ZSC Track )

Wednesday 5-8p.m lower Body strength and conditioning
(Mangrove villiage )

Thursday 5-8p.m skill development and athletic fundamentals
(ZSC Track )

Each Session is one hour in duration. You can choose which one hour block works best for you
