The Biggest Misconception ❌

is to do lighter weights and a million reps for shredding!

“What built it, keeps it” - meaning the muscle. If you want to shred = it means fat loss not muscle loss so your goal should be keeping as much muscle mass as possible while reducing bodyfat%

That is only possible with 2 things (at the same time):
1) training hard just as before, lifting heavy things
2) a calorie deficit (eating less than your TDEE) with enough protein consumption

This way you lose fat, keep muscle achieving that shredded look.

Often people drop the weights they used to lift in a so called shredding phase and are surprised why losing shape. It’s simple. Your goal is to”TONED” you gotta keep the muscles.

Small efforts build consistency that gives you big results. A sudden crazy schedule is just gonna get you burnt out.

How to reach all your gym goals in 2026🔥 it’s easier than you think..

Firstly, stop wasting time overthinking. Hire a good coach online or in person, follow the plan and focus less on details - meal timing is not important unless you compete.

Focus on the bigger picture and don’t be afraid of the weights! Be afraid of being stuck at the same place you’ve been at for years..
