Meet Luke.

A busy dentist working long hours, seeing patients all day, and somehow finding time to study for dental exams on top of it all.

The reality?

There was no chance of following a “perfect” fitness plan.

No meal prep seven days a week.
No two hour gym sessions.

Because that’s not real life.

Instead, we focused on the fundamentals.

âś… Increased his protein intake
âś… Started taking creatine
âś… Committed to 3-4 gym sessions per week
âś… Put a clear nutrition structure in place
âś… Stopped mindlessly raiding the snacks at work

Nothing revolutionary.

Just the right habits, repeated consistently.

And that’s where the magic happened.

Luke has lost body fat, built muscle, and gained a huge amount of confidence along the way.

The best part?

He hasn’t felt like he’s been “on a diet.”

He’s enjoyed the process, built sustainable habits, and created a routine that fits around a demanding career and study schedule.

This is where most expats lose momentum.

The leaving brunches start.

The farewell drinks get booked in.

Engagement parties.

Baby showers.

End-of-year work events.

Everyone’s getting ready to leave for summer.

It’s the same hectic season every year.

And before you know it, one missed workout becomes a week.

One weekend off becomes a month.

And “I’ll get back on track after summer” becomes another September spent trying to undo the damage.

“I’ll start when it’s cooler.”

Every June, half my new enquiries say the same thing.

He had the dad bod, the packed schedule, and skepticism over whether an online coach would work.

Running a business. Kids at home. No time. No energy. And a gut he’d been meaning to sort out “when things calm down.”
