While Divisional Coach(es) are responsible for their Divisional Mixed crew, it is the USDBF’s expectation that they work collaboratively with their coach colleagues to formulate the best roster. Creating a gold medal-winning Team USA is the USDBF’s top priority and coaches have the responsibility to ensure Team USA comes first.

The USDBF Youth Committee has launched the first volume and issue of "In Sync," the YC's official quarterly newsletter.

"In Sync" covers all current and future things related to USDBF youth, and this issue includes (but is not limited to):

- Upcoming regional youth camps 🏝️

The USDBF is launching its inaugural strategic planning process to determine the direction and priorities of the organization for the next two to five years.

All are invited to participate in a short Community Survey that will provide data to guide our discussions and decisions.
