تخيل بنستعمل اسماء العضلات العلمية باللغة العربية بشكل عام.

البرنامج الأسبوعي:
اليوم الاول:
عضلات الصدر + العضلة ذات الراسين
اليوم الثاني:
العضلة الظهرية العريضة + العضلة المنحرفة المربعة
اليوم الثالث:
عضلة الدالية مع العضلة المستديرة + العضلة ثلاثية الرؤوس

Controlling cholesterol levels on a cycle

One of the worst side effect with anabolic steroids use is the negative effect they have on cholesterol & triglycerides. Many users concerned more about baldness, acne, gyno. Things they can see, while serious side effect are not.

One study showed that injecting one dosage of testosterone temporary increased cholesterol level to 15% & gradually went down to base level after 15 days.

Cholesterol & triglycerides level highly linked with heart disease & might cause health problems if left unchecked.
One of most important blood test that need to be done prior starting a cycle is checking cholesterol & triglycerides levels & if they are high don’t consider starting.

During the cycle there are afew effective things to control the levels:

- Having a healthy well balanced diet with good fat in it & avoiding bad fats.
- Doing cardiovascular exercises even if you are in a bulking phase. Heart still a muscles and need to be trained.
- Using Omega supplements & especially omega 3.
- Using Niacin & magnesium supplements.
- Using Tamoxifen/Nolvadex during the cycle might control cholesterol & some steroids side effect but might decrease effectiveness of the cycle.
- For sensitive people or stubborn ones who start cycles with an already high cholesterol. You need to discuss with your doctor Cholesterol medication such as Lipitor-Statin to control the cholesterol but bare in mind such med also put stress on kidney & liver.

التحكم في الكلوسترول خلال الكورس

واحد من اخطر الأعراض الجانبية الستيرويد هو ارتفاع الكلوسترول و الدهنيات (التريجليسلريد) في الدم. معظم الشباب بخافو من الصلع، حب الشباب، جاينو و بنسو القلب و أهميته.
دراسة وجدت ان جرعة وحدة من التستوسترون رفعت الكلوسترول ١٥٪؜ بعد يومين من الحقن و نزلت النسبة للمستوى الطبيعي بعد مرور ١٥ يوم.
فواحد من اهم الفحوصات قبل البدء باستعمال الستيرويد عمل فحص للكلوسترول. و اذا المستوى عالي عدم البدء اصلا.

خلال الكورس ممكن تتحكم في المستوى بعدة طرق:
- الدايت يكون صحي بشكل عام و قليل في الدهون المشبعة و المهدرجة (الدهون الضارة) و معتدل في الدهون الصحية.
- تدريب كارديو حتى لو في مرحلة تضخيم، القلب عضلة و تحتاج دربها مثل كل العضلات.
- استعمال مكملات أوميغا و خاصة أوميغا ٣
- استخدام نياسين خلال فترة الكورس.
- استخدام مكمل ماغنسيوم.
- استخدام تاموكسيفين (نولفادكس) خلال الكورس يساعد في التحكم في الكلوسترول و الأعراض الجانبية الأخرى و لكن قد يؤثر سلبيا في نتاءج الكورس.
- في الحالات الحساسة او الأشخاص العنيدة الل بتبلش الكورس في مستوى عالي من البداية ، يفضّل مراجعة الطبيب و استخدام أدوية مثل Lipitor-statin للتحكم في الكلوسترول. هذا الأنواع من الأدوية يضع ضغط اخر على الكبد و الكلى مع الستيرويد في الكورس، فالفحص المستمر و الوقاية افضل.

A few years ago I made a program called fat busters aimed for overweight students.
You can see the shock 😯 on my face checking the body composition of this student back then.
He was one of the biggest students in the program.
Today I stumbled on his Instagram profile and had another shock 😯seeing his transformation.

That’s what I always advice my clients. If your training is right & you aren’t gaining muscles check your protein intake, increase up to 3 gram per kg of your weight.
Protein is the raw material to build muscles, no matter how hard you work, you can’t produce with raw materials.
