Our Summer Camp in Abu Dhabi is designed for every level:

Each group follows a professional program adapted to their level and goals, including flexibility, apparatus technique, strength training, jumps, balances, choreography, artistry, and musicality.

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and schedules may shift. If a young gymnast misses a month of training, it is certainly not the end of the world - every journey has its pauses.

However, rhythmic gymnastics is an art of continuity.

When training stops for several weeks, a few subtle but important things begin to fade:
