As the sun sets over the tranquil horizon, we gather on the sandy shores, standing in Hicho no Kamae โ€“ one of many stances of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. ๐ŸŒฟ

To the untrained eye, it may seem like a simple posture, perhaps even mundane. Yet, within the subtleties of this stance lies a profound lesson โ€“ the importance of cultivating proper kamae as the cornerstone of all technique.

In our training, we understand that no matter how advanced a technique may be, without a solid foundation of posture, it remains incomplete. Just as a puzzle is missing a crucial piece, so too is any technique hindered by improper alignment and balance. ๐Ÿงฉ
